A fun blouse with an open back, held closed by two ties. This has pleating along the neckline and shoulders creating a lovely texture and shape. It is lined, allowing the pleats to stay in place. The sleeve cuffs are beautiful - with a double cuff detail. There is gathering below the waistline. The back has a beautiful open back with a tie at the back of the neckline and at back of the waist.
